Rodrigo Gomes is a former professional Volleyball player and current CEO of Northern Virginia Volleyball Association (NVVA), one of the most successful Youth Sports Organizations. With 18 years of experience in Youth Sports, Rodrigo is passionate about entrepreneurship and business automation processes.
He created the Youth Sports Management Academy to provide youth sports professionals with the tools to live their dream of running a successful youth sports organization. Rodrigo loves sharing his experience turning a troubled youth sports organization into a well-run machine with more than fifty employees.
His biggest goal is to help youth sports professionals, managers, and owners to live their youth sports passion full-time, having the freedom to spend time working on growing their organization while still enjoying their life.
